Woke up at sandfly central and did a darting run to the toilet and sinks so I could wash my hair as it was in desperate need, I also had a baby wipe shower so was feeling super clean! We then got back in Albert and continued our drive! We stopped off at a place or two along the way, we stopped at a campsite to stretch our legs and relieve our bladders, when we stopped the sun came out so I was shirtless in an instant taking in the rays! Then did some more not so successful handstand practice before being told to get clothed and get back into the car.. Shortly after we stopped in Ross to top up water and take a few hilarious photos! We then stopped on route in a town called Richmond where we went to the library so we could make up a few Albert posters for when we were in Auckland and then we were done we headed to KaiTeriTeri which was a little town near to our sailing spot, we stayed in a nicer campsite here which had hot showers and a kitchen! We decided to save the shower for the morning and used the kitchen to cook up a decent stir fry dinner instead, after dinner we sat in the social area and played a few card games and when Katie went to bed I played a little bit of golden sun! It was getting a bit late and we had a bit of an early start tomorrow so tucked myself into my sleeping bag and dozed off!
