Last day in Byron Bay! Sad times, but I needed to be moving on.. I had a fairly chilled day as it was still windy and the beach wasn't really an option, I milled around the hostel with Jared and Tom having lad banter for the afternoon and then we got on the beers again for my last night, played some more drinking games and ended up going out till late, J-Rod came out and he was very messy, we ended up nabbing a shopping trolly from Woolworths and carting him back...

I looked like a lizard man today, my chest was super bad and peeling like a bast, I decided to power on through anyway like the hero I am... Tom and I had new room mates which turned out to be a German mother and daughter, they were pretty cool and we got on well! Just a short one today, pretty much the same day as yesterday with slightly more peeling... All of team canada were dead to the world as they went to big day out yesterday and were feeling it today! So in the evening we got pizza again and had a movie marathon in the tv room where we watched, 13, bridesmaids and hot rod, a ruddy good selection, then we called it a night as everyone was super keen for sleep!

Today I woke to discover my sunburn had started peeling and I was feeling pretty s***ty, spent the day the usual way as I wanted to avoid the sun, shoved my t shirt on and hopped in the pool, spent the day socialising with team Canada, Tania, Chloe and Tom and then in the evening a few of us got $5 pizza from lighthouse which was super good and then had a couple of beers and played some card games, didn't end up going out but had a really good night nevertheless!...
