Moving on day today so we had a nice breakfast outside in the sunshine and a walk along the nearby beach before hooking up and leaving Yeppoon. It was a perfect day today. Not a cloud in the sky and a day trip to Great Keppel Island booked. We left port at 9:15 for the half hour trip over to the island. We had opted for morning tea, lunch and the glass bottomed boat trip for an extra $45 which seemed good value. The glass bottomed boat trip was sensational with heaps of fish and lovely coral. Decided to do a bushwalk today and the track we chose was quite close to our caravan park. (we still took the car however, don’t want to overdo it!) Bluff Point was the walk and it climbed up with a lovely view over Keppel Bay towards North Keppel and Great Keppel Islands.
