We decided to have a driving day today so left Sandstone Point early and drove the length of the Sunshine Coast but stayed on the highway and didn’t visit any of the places that we’ll drop into on the way back. Had a morning coffee stop near Gympie and lunch at a roadside stop along the way.
Settled at Boyne River Tourist Park at Benaraby for the night. It has a nice river view from the non powered site that we chose. No one close by although we did notice a crocodile warning sign on a nearby tree so the Kayaks will be remaining on the car!
