Today we got up later than normal as we had nowhere to go before 9.30 when the tourist centre opened to get our month long national park pass. $44 well spent.
We then headed to the Stonehenge Replica. It was a wonderful experience. Very beautiful and serene. For me it was an experience to see what the original stonehenge wouldve looked like long before time and the elements created what people see today. Or what i got to play around when I was a child back in the UK in the late 60's.
We then headed out to Cape le Grand National Park. Wow! Looking out at the Isands from Le Grand Bay was just amazing and the colour of the water is hard to explain. Today was overcast which would've changed the colours to a clear day.
We then moved around to Lucky Bay which is where on a fine day you can find kangaroos sunning themselves. We weren't lucky to see them today but it was still a wonderful experience to see this beach.
We didn't visit the other bays within the park but headed out to the other side of Rossiter bay to hammer head along a dirt road. Again the beaches were so white and the sea an amazing blue.
We then headed to Condingup on the recommendations of several locals for lunch. Its just a little place but served really good meals.
Then back to Esperance for another restful late afternoon evening.
