Well we've been home for over a week now and I"m finally getting around to completing my blog. We decided to cut our trip short and only travelled through Western Australia. 24th we refueled the car at Eucla and headed for we weren't sure whether to go to Port Augusta or Kimba. Well we soon decided on Kimba as I wanted to stop at the lookouts on top of the Bunda cliffs as hadn't done it on our way out also I wanted to go into the head of the bight again. Day 2 we left Kimba bright and early after a lovely continental breakfast for me. Today we had another day of beautiful weather. A little windy most of the day. First stop was Mount Wudinna. It is the 2nd largest monolith in Australia. It is 261 metres high. It was a nice climb to the top. Carey waited at the car. He had enjoyed the drive on the dirt road 15 km each way. The trip started well. The run from elizabeth to kimba was very smooth. We headed off through Clare to Laura. At Laura we visited the grave of Careys great Aunt and Uncle to pay our respect. I also walked around the cemetry and found metal plaques now showing the resting places of other famil members from the early 1900 and late 1800s.
