Had a bit of a rough night last night.. Mom woke around 1030pm with really bad leg cramps....it was dark and couldn't tell what was going on but she gave me a fright.... I couldn't fall back to sleep then the parade of women going to the bathroom began at midnight !! Hmmmm maybe the German naked man snoring next to me was better!! Oh well I did get a few hours of sleep and we headed out early in the morning it was supposed to be 29 out and we had 9kms up a mount...

Woke up this morning extremely sore and had a horrible nights sleep .... My back was sore and it was too much work to get up and get an advil ... So I tossed and turned and lights on at 630... Slowly made it out of bed and packed up for the day with plans of taking it easy today... After getting ready I was playing on my phone and got an email from my roomies asking for a skype call so was able to have a quick chat with Tina and TL ...... I also have this app on ...

Our night in Roncesvalles was good.... Ear plugs and wine and I slept through a guy falling out of the top bunk and a whole lot of snoring and apparently the two guys sharing the two bunk cubby with mom and i got the giggles!! Woke up this morning to rain and fog. One would never know we were on the side of a mountain!! Breakfast of bread and coffee seems to be the norm..we have made some friends with our fellow pilgrims and had breakfast together... Mom decided the 20 km walk over the top would be too much so her and another lady took a taxi.... I went on with another two ladies who were perfect walking partners.... We walked 15 more kms to the peak.... Stopping just before the peak...
