Had an early start and headed back towards London but with a couple of things to see on the way. First was Stonehenge which was quite impressive. Then we headed for Portsmouth to have a look at the Royal Naval Museum and HMS Victory. Victory was well worth seeing...made up a bit for missing the Cutty Sark. Eventually made it back to London and checked in at Citadines Trafalgar Square again. This time I had to park the car and arranged for a space at the hotel. That was an experience in itself as the car park is in the basement and the only access is via a very tight vehicle elevator which is accessed from the back lane way. Our car was about as big as could fit and there were but millimetres to spare in the elevator. We eventually made it to the basement and I was surprised to see another car down there...an even bigger BMW! I don't know how he got that in there and I'm not sure if he ever got it out!
