We arrived at Heathrow around 6:45 local time and there was a huge line to get through customs.  We were very excited to see snow on the cars and through the windows at the airport.  We had arranged to be picked up by a valet driver who drove us to our hotel but he wasn't too talkative. 

 After we checked in to Citadines Trafalgar Square, we had a walk around the local area and ate at Little Frankies on Whitehall Street.  Trafalgar Square was beautiful with snow and frozen water in the fountains.
