This morning, we took an audio tour through the Houses of Parliament at Westminster. It was a great thing to see. We went through both houses and a lot of other areas but unfortunately there was no photography allowed. First we went to King's Cross Station to visit Platform 9 and three quarters where Chelsea bought some souvenirs. Then we made our way to Buckingham Palace for the Changing of the Guard ceremony. We settled in to a good spot and waited about an hour for it to begin. Spent most of the day at the shops on Oxford Street. There are sales everywhere at the moment. Chelsea bought up big on clothes at the Primark Store. In the afternoon had a look over Covent Garden Market where there are a lot of market stalls and street entertainers. After breakfasting at a cafe in Waterloo Station, we walked down to the Waterloo Bridge and then along the river to the Millennium Bridge where we crossed over to St Paul's. We decided not to buy an entry ticket as it was fairly expensive and we had been there before. This morning we caught a Bakerloo train from Waterloo to Regent's Park and walked the rest of the way through the park to the zoo. We had a great day although we were very disappointed to find out that the baby gorilla we had seen in 2010 had been killed by his father. We had been looking forward to seeing him grown up!
