This morning we caught a Bakerloo train from Waterloo to Regent's Park and walked the rest of the way through the park to the zoo. We had a great day although we were very disappointed to find out that the baby gorilla we had seen in 2010 had been killed by his father. We had been looking forward to seeing him grown up! We specially enjoyed the Butterfly enclosure and the Monkeys.

We caught a couple of buses back to Piccadilly Circus and had dinner at Garfunkel's in c*** pur Street before making out way home over the Hungerford bridge.

...and then I watched Germany annihilate Brazil in the World Cup first semi-final.
