We woke up to an overcast sky and to showers tinkling down onto the roof. We had brekky and soon after the grey lifted, the sky became blue and the sun came out to shine. It was a lovely warm day. We decided to have a walk into Freo. We made our way through the new housing estate to the ocean and then followed the path along the foreshore into town. We had a mooch around the shops and had another look around the market hall. The market stalls are in a beautiful heritage building and there were lots of unusual and quirky stalls to look at along with a big food hall loaded with fruit and veggies. We bought some strawberries and the most yummy macadamia nuts. The place was absolutely packed out and doing a roaring trade. After this we slowly walked back to the caravan park and chilled out. By nightfall the cloud and rain were back and the wind was picking up. By bedtime we were in the middle of a storm. There was thunder, rain was lashing down and the wind was blowing with quite some force rocking the camper van from side to side. We snugged up all cosy and tried to sleep to the sound of the wind whirring all around us.
