I have no idea what happened this morning. I got ready and all was good and usually the bus comes at about 7:32am so I thought I was good for time. I got to the bus stop and the bus had already left (great!) I called Michela and luckily she could pick me up! Luckily I got to school on time (so I didn't have to do the awkward 'hey I'm new here and I missed the bus sorry' speech). Today I had the same subjects as yesterday. Maths, French, Italian and English. I actually understood something in maths today! I was very proud of myself! After school I had pasta with tomato sauce for lunch (and a generous serve it was) after lunch Michela and I went to Milan. We caught the train in an we accidentally caught the wrong one (bus part 2?) so we had a little whirlwind trip but finally got to Milan. We saw the Duomo castle, the Milan castle, the pavilion and lots of different beautiful buildings. There were lots of buskers and street performers in the street. There was one person playing the harp! I didn't even know people still played the harp and I don't think I have ever seen one in real life!! There was also a girl doing a weird dance with what seemed to be a glass ball. I was laughing lots though because the song she was dancing to (I don't know the song title but the starting lyrics are 'all around me are familiar faces, worn out places') and I could just imagine a video I saw of a kid singing this song! At the Duomo castle there was a meeting of the most tragic one direction fans I have ever seen. They were wearing all the 2012 merch and were sitting on the ground singing drag me down. No kidding, they had a poster up saying '1D fam Milan meet up' okay I love one direction but that's a little too much. I played 'grab the light' with Yaya today. It's so funny when she jumps for the light! But I think she knows it's a torch, she is a pretty smart cat!! Pizza was dinner tonight, I had a salami pizza (not Margherita grandma! Are you proud?!) and it was deeelicious !! After dinner we watched Red Dog. Yes I cried my eyes out and now want a dog even more. Yes I now want to get an Australian Kelpie as well as a Pomsky (I am naming the Australian Kelpie Red Dog I don't care if it's unoriginal)

Corinne So glad Maths was a little better today...no more missing buses!! :/ Sounds like you and Michela had a wonderful time!! Papa, Grandma, Cayden, Cayla and me are all off across the Nullabour for the AMC at Perth. Papa had a worried moment this morning when he couldn't find you?!? We are all still trying to get use to you not being around!! Love you xx
Teags Hello my beautiful girl and I have had a very busy few days. Mia has been staying with me since Thursday while the rest of her family are in QLD where H & K were playing in a National Touch Championship. H team came 3rd and she got the players player award and K team came 6th. On Friday Boo lost her first tooth - so lots of excitement at our house! Then Mia and I went to the Davis Cup tennis and saw Nick Kygrious beat Slovakia. It was really good and first time for Mia watching tennis. Then we went bowling in the evening for Charms 40th. Saturday the kids had a bday party and then your dad had a sleep over at my place. Boo loved giving your dad lots of cuddles and when her tooth was wobbly she wanted to keep calling him with updates! Today I ran the Blackmores 9km Bridge Run and was very happy with my time of 50:59. I felt really good and still do now but I'm sure I will be sore the next couple of days! Then we went to the Hunters Hill Hotel for Charms 40th party. Rog is having a great time in Singapore and he saw Kylie perform so I'm even more jealous. Love your blog - you are doing a great job.
