At lunch today Sara got the news that she was accepted into the University course she wanted to get into and we were all very excited for her!! Then we went on a bike ride. I haven't ridden a bike in about two years so I was a little bit scared of how I would go but it was alright. Of course in Italy they drive on the right so I kept on thinking that a car was going to hit me (but they weren't) I had a little ride around the park to just get used to the bike and then away we went. Also in Italy no none wears a helmet so it was a very different experience. We stopped at Sara's good friends house and we had afternoon tea there. Then on the way back I got overtaken by a little kid holding a milk bottle in his hand still managing to ride his bike! It just goes to show how much my biking skills are lacking. We had grilled salmon, salad and a veggie pie for dinner and it was all delicious!
