Early morning this morning. Woke up at 6am and left the house at 6:50 to get a train to Milan to go on a trip to Cinque Terre with some of my WEP friends! When we arrived in Cinque Terre we were blown away with how unbelievably beautiful it was! The water was crystal clear and it was hot enough to go swimming so there were people in the water! I was wearing a long sleeve top and jacket and had to take them off (I was wearing a singlet under my top) as it was so hot! I bought a Christmas decoration for our tree so I will remember the trip! There are five villages that we visited. The first one Monterosso al Mare and the second Vernezza we were told were 30minutes apart. A long hike up a mountain and 2hours later we arrived in Vernezza. It was even more gorgeous than Monterosso!! We had pizza for lunch in a little bar and then we caught the train to the next town Corniglia. We were told that Corniglia wasn't as nice as the other towns so we didn't stay very long in Corniglia. Then we went to Manarola and it had this amazing view of the multi coloured houses and the beach! I took so many photos!! After that we went to the final village (and the most beautiful we were told) called Riomaggiore. We walked through the town and it was so gorgeous! I saw a green coloured house (I haven't seen one before!) and it was so pretty! I still can't believe that people live in such amazing houses!
