A nice cruisy kick back morning with a bit more journal writing for Ben.
We all enjoyed a nice swim in the pool but it was definitely a bit cooler than the day before as the sun hadn't appeared yet.
We enjoyed some hot chip sangas for lunch and then the guys took the kids fishing for the whole afternoon. It was awesome as Kylie and I for once did nothing else but sit on our butts and drink a heap of a Malibu's as the sun came out. Zane was very kind to me and had a 3 1/2 hour sleep....awesome!
When the guys pulled up all the kids were very excited to tell us that they all caught a catfish and Seany caught the biggest one, Then the guys took the kids over to the pub / cafe to have a few ales and the kids ice cream whilst I cooked dinner up.
After dinner we took the kids for a surprise walk to the pool. At night the pool lights up all different colours. Originally the plan was to take them earlier so that they could have a swim and then it ended up being around 7 by time we were heading to the pool so we said no swimming. They loved the lights and were very excited. We told them they could sit on the side and just dangle there feet into the water. But then Kylie and I were both like oh who cares let them jump in. So we told them to strip off to their jocks and they could go for a quick swim. Ben had stripped naked quick as a flash lol. They were that excited am I so glad we changed our minds as it was awesome to see them deliriously happy!
