Well it is my little baby's big first birthday. I can't believe a whole year has gone by already. Wish I could slow the clock up a little!
We went for our first yummy cooked breakfast at Finns Cafe with Claire, Kylie, and Mel.
Then after that we headed on over to out front of Claire's to set up for the party. Garry did a great job as chief balloon blower :)
We did a lolly hunt, played pass the parcel, statues, and bobs. Kids loved the games. I'm sure some of them would have had sore knees and bums by how quick they were dropping. Zane got some cool pressies! Garry cooked up a heap of sausages for lunch which were great. Then after sugaring up the kids heaps it was time to get the ice cream cake. (The bakery had wanted $90 for a half slab sponge cake so we thought the kids would love an ice cream cake :))
Ice cream cake was def a hit, Sean licked his plate clean. Zane had a play with his but really enjoyed it when I spooned it to him!
After that we just kicked back at camp for the day. Zane didn't have good sleeps during the day so he was in bed nice and early.
