We are a bit excited to be on our way to Coral Bay and seeing our friends!!

We got an early start as we were hoping to catch up with our mate Mwarna in Tom Price. Couldn't get hold of her so instead went and had a quick beer on the outdoor lounge out front of their house :) thinking of you Mwarna and cheers to next time!! We got to town ducked to shops grabbed a couple of things and then got a phone call from Shaun. They had done their wheel bearing on the camper and were back at Karijini NP ranger headquarters. It was the first time we had travelled ahead without them thinking they'd be about 20 mins behind us and meet them in Tom Price 90km down the road. We left earlier than them so we could catch our mates without holding the Brady's up, but of course Murphy's law they break down. And to make matters worse we had the satellite phone. Hindsight if you are to split up whilst traveling the second car should take the satellite phone. Being a Sunday they are going to stay in Tom Price and wait till things open tomorrow for parts. Feel bad we've deserted our mates :(

UPDATE, UPDATE

We checked into Coral Bay and was super excited to see our friends. Claire made me cry when I saw her. How awesome to rock up to good mates, beautiful ocean, cold bottle of wine and then she took all 3 of my kids so gaz and I could set up camp....winning!
Once set up we got some BBQ packs out and were going over to the Lynch's for tea. Then we got a call from the Brady's that they were only 146 km away. We were that stoked as we thought they might have missed a few days.

Poor buggars such a big day I think it was close to 9.30 when they got in.
(I'd had a few wines by then :))

Can't wait to tomorrow to start the relaxing!
