Sunday night was good. Me and my room mate just chilled out in the room with another guy and just played solitair and listened to music all night.

Monday came around and i was up early to skype home, and then made myself a cuppa and watched some tv before chris walks in with all his bags!! We had a catch up and then chris went and freshened up. We then went out and had a coffee at starbucks before i showed him darling harbour and having a lovley spot of lunch down there. Chris offered to pay, which he did, but i dont think he realised how expensive it was here!! The rain was terrible, worst rain ive ever seen ever. The rest of the week is forecast no more than 5mm of rain and yesterday was between 20-40mm!! We made a plan of the week and decided to pop back to the hostel, get cameras and go to the aquarium-that was before getting absolutley p*ss wet thru and cold that is. When we were back at the hostel we decided to have a kip and then go from there. We had a pizza night at the hostel, $2 for half a large pizza which is good! We popped to ythe supermarket first for chris to get some stuff and grabbed a case of stella on the way back. We had some beers and pizza before chris headed to bed and i went out for a few drinks. I was turned away at first for wearing my pne top as it could cause trouble...dont make me laugh!! I had to run back and change. I had 3 free beers before swimming home in the rain and watching the play off final- in my half drunk and stupid state i made a bet with dad and lost!! Doh!

Today i was up late, got myself ready and then went to meet chris in town as he was out exploring. We grabbed some food at a cafe on circular quay- i had double bacon n egg butty and chris had a mixed grill...u can tell he isnt a backpacker!!! I then showed him the opera house and the bridge and surrounding area before we decided to go to the aquirium. We were there for a few hours and it was good fun. Chris really enjoyed it which was good. After that we went for a couple of cheeky 'happy hour' beers looking over darling horbour and now im about to go get some stuff for our tea tonight and then see what happens!!
