Today led me up to the Great Wall at Mutianyu...we did try to go to another part but it was closed due to restoration as parts of the wall were falling down.

The part that I climbed was very very steep and was the only person out of my group to go on to the steepest point which is a little sad really but everyone else appears to be scared of heights any need at all. The best part though is you have to get a cable car up to it in the first place before starting your climb.

Some of the locals thought it would be lovely to have a photo with us which is cool.

Photos don't really do it justice and it is something i reckon everyone should see within their lifetimes for sure,

Will make another visit to a different section in April when I finally get my first visitors.

Chengdu next weekend I feel to go and hopefully see some pandas
