Well pooped in to the Lama Temple today and got told of for taking a photo of Buddha so had to delete that pic....any need, this buddha was like 38ft tall and made out of one large piece of sandalwood apparently.

It was very peaceful there and I had a lovely sit with the monks who appear to be very trendy in china with nike's and nokia's. Very pleasant people though and so gentle.

I think I will become Buddhist by the end of all this what a cool religion, you just abstain from everything.....how hard can that be!!!!! Very since I love red wine and the odd tsing tao beer.

Next stop was a temple dedicated to rocks and what was carved out of them, I didnt stay there too long as I didnt really get it.

On to the food market, very interesting bbqd scorpion, star fish anyone....I thought not, had to leave there quickly too much meat and random skewers around for me.

I found a lovely veggie rest though, had a little cook on a stove and loads of good stuff....5 a day had to do plus some.

Who knows what tomorrow brings!!!!!
