So thought I would take myself of on my little bike and ended up doing 50km. My bike really isn't made for long journeys but I just wanted to get to the mountains, I nearly did but it was the little town in front of them.

What a funny little place everyone said hello in English to me but that was all they new. Some little men wanted me to sit and have a cup of tea with them but declined as i had to get back otherwise I would have been there having a sit with them.

This wee town I swear had never seen an English person in their lives, well they have seen 2 in 2 days as Brian decided to take his road bike up there for a visit today. It took him half the time as I only have 6 gears and he has lots.

The mountains were lush, I can usually see them from my window when its clear.
