So i know i am not in hasa but I have been to a Tibetan monastery today that is very similar to the one there. Shangri la is awesome thats all I can say. The Tibetan people are lovely and very warm as well as friendly even though they haven't got a clue what I am chirping about.

So have been out on a bikeride that was roughly 100km and with only 6 years and the wind blowing I can honestly say I wouldn't recommend it. Well found myself in a Tibetan settlement with Yaks and pigs roaming free when I suddenly thought to myself I wonder if Yaks are like bulls, if they see red do they have a little charge. My thermal top is red and a few did stand and stare which slightly concerned me as the bike wasn't fast enough to get away and the horns on these things are huge to say the least. I decided it was a good option to put the fleece back on and carried on my way.

Went the whole way around Napa Lake, full of different birds and Tibetan people having a stroll and a smile as they go.

I am feeling very humble, chilled and totally relaxed being here. Words and photos will never do this place justice to say the least.
