Woke up early to watch the sun rise over the valley and mountains then headed for a short walk to Sky View Lookout and then the Rainforest Discovery Trail. We did all this and were back at camp about 9:30 and had a lazy day hanging around camp.

Today we went to Eimeo Beach and then "Blue Lagoon" which is a really nice water park/swimming pool but unfortunately the water was quite cold. We drove through to Mackay this morning stopping in at Hay Point to see one of the world's largest coal terminals. The people who work here have a nice outlook everyday. There are two terminals both owned and operated by BHP. One wharf is 1.8km long out to sea, the other 3.8km and they load up about 900 ships a year.
