By time we repacked we didn't leave until 11. We stopped in at Hungry Jacks at Bathurst, as if you buy a kids meal they get free entry into Dubbo Zoo. We took a different route out of Kalgoorlie to the way we came in, this time going through Coolgardie. The main attraction today was driving across the "90 mile straight" Australia's longest straight road at 146.6km long. We stopped at a fairly nice free camp along the Eyre Hwy with still plenty of flies.

This time Zach was old enough to come on the Superpit mine tour but Liam wasn't so we had to skip this which I didn’t mind. It's my birthday today so Matt made me a nice cooked breakfast, everyone made a claim on my presents and after we packed up we had a yummy cake. Before we left town, we did a 20 minute walk from Rotary Lookout giving good coastal views over the headland. We then drove to Kalgoorlie, stopping at Norseman for lunch amongst the flies.
