More cleaning today, and I tried to do a bit of the manager's job by answering the phone, however the moment anyone, staff or guests, heard me say 'good morning house keeping, can I help you?' they hung up! I also helped Vincent to tart up the restaurant and move all the tables around. This evening the boys wanted to meet for dinner so we went into Calangute to a place called tree house for a lovely cheap meal then played a few rounds of pool over the road. I tried to buy some work clothes at a roadside stall too, I was expecting to need suits for teaching not old clothes for scrubbing walls! I got a pair of white linen trousers and a pretty blue top but was very cross to find when I got home that although they were meant to be a 34 and a large respectively they were both too small. I got worried all the curries were making me huge, but when I tried on my size 32 jeans they still fitted perfectly. Indian inches must be as accurate as the rest of their measurements.
