Saturday 26th September - Fricassee of Poulet

Nothing like the fricassee that we get at home but the presentation of Jan's meal was superb as she had the main part of the meal on her plate and a saucepan on the side that she could ladle as much or as little as you wanted.

Luckily we had a table that could be set for 4 as we needed the extra space for all the extra things that made up our meal.
