So today me, Becky, Harriett and Ashley went to the Healesville Sanctuary. Other than the fact that we had to get public transport to and from there which took so long u wouldnt believe, the day was fantastic. We actually ended up having to get a taxi to the sanctuary from the train station because the next bus wasnt for another 2 or 3 hours. We had asked the guy how much it was gonna b and he said $40, and he was actually raelly good and stopped the meter at $40...

So Becky came round this morning so we could pick up the rental car together, i was a bit scared of driving an automatic car by myself! So I had booked the car online to pick up at the Preston depot at 10am. So me and Becky went there and got there just after 10. Now becasue it was easter weekend it was really busy and took us a while to get served. So the only stuff i was told to bring with me was my credit card and my drivers licence. I took my passport as well...

So u will all be glad to know that we brought the sofa back inside and fixed the tumble dryer door! Me and Arlene also treated ourselves to a Dominos pizza at night which was pretty nice but its just not quite as good as back home, u dont get any garlic and herb dip which makes me sad :(

Dave was down from Sydney for the weekend. We met up during the day and went to the pub for some drinks and lunch. I was really good to see him and catch up, its been ages since we last saw each other!! Dave now has no longer got a skin head and it makes him look so much nicer (not like a thug anymore!) and younger as well! We also arranged to meet up when we were both out in St Kilda at night but it didnt quite work out that way, as we didnt quite manage to comm...

Well u will all be proud of me as i totally managed to man up and not cry once!! Woohoo!! I even ran across the road to catch my tram again and the guy waited for me this time which was nice, however it was so packed i had to stand nearly all the way home :( only realised how long a journey home it was until i had been on my feet for over 10 hours, they hurt so much :( a wee man did give me his seat when he got off the stop before which was so nice just to sit do...
