So today the plan was to take a ferry down the Yarra River to Williamstown. Before we even headed into town I had to go and post the bloody bottle of wine home and it cost me like $30, was raging at having to pay that because i’d just sent another parcel home a few days earlier which had cost me nearly $50! However they guy did wrap it up and put it in a box for me without charging me which was good.

However when we got into town and down to the South Bank to see about the ferries the next ferry wasn’t for over an hour and we would get back too late for Theresa picking us up. So instead we went to one of the galleries in Federation Square. They had some visual exhibition on all about tvs and game consoles and films and things.

We had to be back at my house by 4.30 because Theresa was picking us up to take me and Fiona out to dinner. Was weird to leave my house for good, feel like i’ve been there for ages. So we were going to Sowanee for dinner but we were a bit early in getting there so went for a coffee 1st. The dinner was lovely and it was really nice to see Alec and Theresa again before i left. Theresa drove us to the airport which was really handy, was so sad to say bye to her 

When we checked in for our flight, both my hand luggage and my hold luggage were overweight which i knew and was just like its fine i’ll just pay for it, but it then turned out that Fionas were both underweight so the guy didn’t charge me which was really good of him! The flight to Adelaide was pretty good and relatively short which is always better for me. When we had landed and got our luggage we went to see if we could get a shuttle bus to our hostel but apparently the last one had already gone so we ended up just having to get the public bus and then walked for about 10 minutes to try and find our hostel which we managed and i was quite proud of us for doing it!

In our room was this crazy Australian lady. I don’t really get way Aussies stay in hostels in there own country, but she said it was something to do with having chucked in her job and such things. She was totally telling us to open our own hostel and weird things!
