So i had my trial today in the Strongroom and I was quite nervous! Theresa gave me a lift down which was great of her cause it ment i didnt have to stress over the travel as well. I think the trial went pretty well though and i did get paid $60 for it which was good as most places dont pay u for a trial. The girls were really good at showing me stuff. Just hope I didnt get in the way too much when it got a bit busier! Am hoping they were not paying me off and instead they paid me to keep me keen! Fingers crossed tho, hopefully i'll hear in the next few days!!

Phoned Theresa to say how my trial went and also to find out how to get to Victoria markets to meet Beccy and Harriett. However on my way into the city i remembered i had a voice mail which turned out to be for viewing a flat. So i had to phone Theresa to find out how to get there and she ended up coming in to meet me as it was easier, and i guess she wanted a wee nosey as well :) it was quite a nice flat and the couple seemed pretty nice as well. The room being rented out has a double bed and fitted wardobe and draws which would be very handy. However I didnt end up getting the flat but never mind something better will come along am sure!

Went and met Beccy and Harriett after that. We wandered round to the parliament but dont think u can go in there and there was a lot of wedding photos being taken outside. Must admit one wedding had these hideous orange bridesmaids dresses which just looked so tacky! Also saw a wedding that had a 1920s style to it which was pretty cool. So after noseying at the wedding we thought we'd hav a wander round the cathedral, St Patricks. Cant say i really like it, they have weird yellow stain glass windows round the side and it givees the place a yellow glow which is not very nice! Did wander about and looked at the stuff which is interesting. We then wandered around the grounds and discovered this weird sunken circle with windows round it as if people live under there, very bizarre!

Ended up getting a bit cold and i didnt hav a cardigan with me so headed home when Beccy went to work.
