So went to a house party for a while for a girl Becky knew from works housemates birthday. Didnt know the girl at all but figured we'd go anyway. It was ok but we left and went to the Elephant and Wheelbarrow for a wee dance. The night itself was not very eventful, i even got stuck talkin to Laura for ages which was rather boring, but never mind! The most eventful thing of the nite was the journey home! Becky had to get some bread and clearly needed a trolly to take it home in as it was far to heavy for her to carry. However when we were crossing the road, Becky happened to have the trolly hanging partially into the road when the poilce went past, who needless to say were not very happy lol! The woman said out the window to us "do u want to get that trolley out the road or spend the night in the cells for being drunk?" We were all peeing ourselves laughing and she wasnt even lik etake that trolley back, just get it out the road!!! Cant believe how strict they r about drinking here! I even think going up Havelock Street Arlene pushed Becky home in the trolley which was pretty funny to watch lol! U'll all be glad to know we all got home in one piece and managed not to be arrested lol! I must also admit that is the first time i've ever been threatened with being put in a police cell!!
