Today I was set on getting out of the house and hopefully booking a tour or two. I got up made myself and Nyrzha breakfast and then caught a bus into the city. It was another beautiful day and I was just thankful to be out of the house. The first thing I did was head to bike tour company and try and book tour - unfortunately the tour needs atleast 4 people to go ahead so I have to hope 3 other people want to join up (which apparently there had been 3 people in earlier wanting to do). I then walked up into the market hoping to find some avocado - I am having withdrawals from my avocado a day habit in Peru and craving a tasty avocado. The season must be at an end as I found it very hard to find good avocados and when I did they were incredibly expensive. After lunch I went to my tour agency to tell them I hoped to fly and go to the jungle either Sunday or Monday as by then I hoped to be back to good health. I also stopped by 3 or 4 companies offering the Death Road Tours and contemplated doing tour before heading to Jungle. Tours ranged from about $50 - $100 and basically included the same itineraries; I will definitely do tour it's just a matter of when. In the afternoon I headed back to San Miguel and Nyrzha had a friend come around for afternoon tea so I helped her organize and prepare some food. Her friend was very nice and we had a great evening conversing both in English and Spanish. At 8pm Nyrzha had to head off to the hospital as her sister was having a baby. Her sister had a little girl named Suri, which means 3 girls for her now - that poor Father will be beaten the guys away with sticks in about 15 years.
