Today there was no hiking just a bus ride back to Sucre so we all had to be up early to catch the 7:30 bus back to Sucre. After packing our things we grabbed a quick breakfast and then made our way to the bus stop where the bus was waiting. Heavenly - is the word I would use to describe lastnights sleep, I slept like an absolute log and was even able to sleep-in until about 5:30am. I went and watched the sun rise over the crater and enjoy the tranquility of this peaceful place. After a really good nights sleep I was up at 5:30am to do my exercises and enjoy the peacefulness of being out in a small village. Roger and Mark were up by 6:30am and the kettle was on for some hot chocolate - Mark was leaving us this morning as Randall the owner was coming out to meet us today with the two other hikers. Today was a very early start as I had to be at the Condor Trekkers office at 5am, this meant a 4am wake up after only getting to bed at 1am. After a reasonable amount of sleep for an overnight bus journey I woke at around 6am and the change in temperature was quite dramatic: from needing thermals and fleeces leaving La Paz to a warm summer climate heading into Sucre.
