We moored up the canal right in the centre again, since we were last here a foot bridge has been built but this raises up for yachts to enter. We enjoyed a couple of days round the city together before heading back to Kastrup and the airport. Brenda is flying to Sydney for granddaughter. We have stayed on in Copenhagen as the weather has been a bit unpredictable with the winds left behind from a hurricane. Yesterday we spend the day at the royal palace today we climbed to the top of the Vor Frelsers Kirke the highest tower in town. We have been here four days and have not been asked for a mooring fee, we have water and electric. It has been a great place to sit out the worst weather we have had since we left.

We set sail early as the forecast was for a force 8 gale to be with us by 21.00 we had about 25 nm to travel. We sailed in to the city past famous the little mermaid statue. We wanted to be in the city centre so we decided on the Cristiania canal, this is near the famous Cristiania Freetown community.
