Writing this nearly a year since we visited it seems we did a lot of driving but the scenery is just so spectacular we enjoy it so much. Today we visit Moni Kapsa and a couple of beaches. One we pass by on the road the sea just so aqua blue we had to stop and have a dip called Goudouras. The drive up in the hills is spectacular as we go inland and then back down to Lefki beach on the tip almost of the south east coast. 14/9/17 Makrygialos with stops at Kalou Choriou & Kalamafkas After the usual breakfast and snorkel we pack our cases as today we head off to the south east coast, Makrygialos, leaving The Stonehouse. I enjoyed so much laying the table outside for breakfast after a dip in the wonderful sea and we continued enjoying ourselves until after lunch at The Stonehouse. Then we head into a village in the hills called Kritsa with spectacular views as we ride high into the hills. Looking at the map we decide to go even higher into the mountains to the village of Avdeliakos. We were on top of the world! Well Crete! We can see both north and south coasts. On these hills...
