5... Big day today - collected Greg from Heathrow - so no going back now! Vests are travelling overnight and will arrive tomorrow morning - THANK YOU HEXX - in particular Natalie and of course Henry. 6.... slightly lighter day today I am very glad to say - with lots of good news. John cleared for take off - with clean bill of health - Good News! Greg cleared for take off - literally! He is on his way - Good News! Van cleared for take off - with insurance paid - Good News! I dropped in to see Helen, Theresa and Anna in the Cure Parkinson's Office on my last long run and then got pelted with hail on my way home. Hmmm not too sure how I'll feel if it's like ...

7.... Ok this is going to be quick because today has been bonkers and it aint over yet! Dentist, tick, boxes bought, tick, updated model of camper and organised and arranged for full tank, tick, extra insurance with 25% discount and 3 extra days arranged (thank you Questor), tick, haircut, tick, running clothes found and packed, tick, Cure Parkinson's Trust updated, tick, last campsite finally booked, tick, pub night in aid of Cure Parkinson's, being organised ...

Another lovely day for a relaxing 2hr run. This time next week it will be impossible to run along the Thames without a number! Only one more river run (on Tuesday) to go before we leave. Had last chat on Skype with Greg before he leaves on Tuesday. Can't wait to see him on Wednesday - it has been a few years.
