Saturday
We wake up to a beautiful morning and after breakfast have a very peaceful time reading. In the afternoon we go down to the canal for a cool down. The water is crystal clear and quite deep in places although there is a nice rock ledge that I sit on in the water. One of the kids from the other camp has swim goggles and after going under water tells us that there us a turtle in the little cave under the water. At least it's not crocs.

After the swim we collect some firewood while Mud Duck plays his guitar. We have dinner and then a small campfire. It's quite hot so only a small fire is needed which is lucky cause we hadn't found much wood.
