Tuesday
We left Elim Beach at about 7.45am cause apple maps is saying today's trip will take about 6 hours. We travelled along a combination of gravel and bitumen roads via the Battlecamp road to Old Laura then New Laura. I saw a small croc in one of the creek crossings but missed the chance for a photo. We kept going to Kalpower Crossing for tonights camp and arrived just before midday. After lunch we took a walk down to the river (not too close for me) and took some photos. Mud Duck drove across the crossing just for the fun of it. I had a relaxing afternoon reading. It was quite a warm day as I was hot in my T-shirt and shorts.
