We set off around 8.30 stopping briefly for photos. We travel from Cairns to Daintree stopping for hot chocolate and pancakes (Martin had a burger) for breakfast. The scenery is breathtaking along the coast and we get the ferry across the river and continue along the Bloomfield Track. This is very tight and steep in places and definitely 4WD only.

We stopped and looked at the falls at Wujil Wujil and continued on to the Lions Den. We had dinner at the hotel and were in bed by 8.30.
