Hello everyone once again! I am writing a postcard to let you all know about the setting up of new deaf club in Guyana!! I am pleased to inform you all that we will be opening the Deaf Club at Flex Gym on 28th January 2006. Ashton and I have been planning for it for a month and we are pleased with the progress of the Deaf Club. We are hoping to attract good number of deaf people to the club which it will be open from 4pm until closing time when deaf people feel that they had enough!! lol We will be providing foods, games and social interactions. We are hoping to have the members and commitees for the club to build on for the future after Ashton and I leave Guyana in August. There will be a lot of work on it and we are hoping the club will be successful. To make it successful, we are much appreicate if any of u can help us by giving tips, ideas, some donations of money, old board games, anything that can be useful for the Deaf community to use for the club.
