Hey, The weekend have been really good as Ashton and I threw a birthday party for our birthday (Mine is on 4th Oct while Ashton was on 30th Sept) so thatfore we had joint birthday party. Lots of people came and we had good evening and few drinks flowing and I only had one bottle of beer!! only special for my birthday and i still stick to bet (unless u think i have failed!!). Some of Guyana Deaf came too and we had good talk about Guyana stuffs. I got new belt and lovely Guyana craft poster for my birthday present from the Volunteers. It was nice of them! :D The party went on until 12am! and had to go to bed as got long day on Sunday as it is the day of Paralympics. At the Paralympics, I went to help CBR to organise the team and it went well. We got lots of medals and the day was successful! I also participate in fun race with other people and i realise how slow i was as Sarah took the picture and i was out of the frame!! :S very slow lol. I will need to do lots of work on my fitness and speed before i can say that i am back!! Anyways the day was lovely and hot, i got sunburned on my neck.. especially i put lots of sun cream and wearing cap! but it shows how hot the sun is in Guyana! I had lots of fun and it was good day and it does help me to plan the proposal for the CBR projects. Will be coming back with more news! Steven/xxxxxxxxxxxx
