Hello mates! More updated postcards! it is not the last one as i got many more to come to tell u about my adventures in past 2 months!! :D This time, speaking about the February Fantasy, am sure that u all wonder what it is, and what is involved in February Fantasy! It is an annual event on the CBR calendar! It was organised to be posh and lively musical with many decorations to attract us people to pay 3000 (9 pounds!) and to eat a top meal and enjoy the evening entertainment, full of dances and musical concert. The main event of the night had to be Donetta Jardine who gave the closing speech for the patrons, it is a great opportunity for her because it never happened to deaf person to give a big speech. So I helped her to write up a good speech and we spend all day polish up and practice on it. I am pleased that she did well at the end with a huge applause. She had an interpreter translating the speech for her. I am pleased that it was a great acheivement for the Deaf community. The evening went brilliant and the food was nice and i enjoyed the evening with group of people as the hall was full of people enjoying themselves. brilliant night out it was.
