Hey everyone,

It was a brilliant farewell party for everyone to turn up to say last good byes to me and Ashton...

The party was prepared by lots of Guyanese who really want to have a last good party with me and Ashton as we will leave the country in a week time so a big farewell party was planned well with lots of activities and food and drinks and practically everyone came to the party.

The party was started at 4pm and it was quiet as it just starting with 10 people but wasnt worried as know lots of people said that they will come around 5-6.. we chatted and waited for more people to come before starting the farewell speech at 5pm front of good number of deaf people, around 40 and they in group came up to make some jokes, signing songs and prayers and last words of farewell. The best part of joke is Gary who is the funny man of Guyana! he was telling everyone how he can make us to stay here in Guyana!! by bambozzed the aeroplane down and we cant go anywhere forever!! in wicked acting!! was really funny :D

It took an hour and we all really enjoyed the acts and we say our last words of appreciation and our times here which we will miss it so much and hope they will continue to build on the success we had together as dont want to see it fall apart just cos we are not there anymore. All agreed that everything we had in past year was a very important foundation to their life and success them to better community.

Food and drink provided and we partied until 11pm when the hall closed with about 70 deaf people there and we had great night and brilliant to see so many of them to be there together. I will never forget that night and i will treasure it with a great memory forever.
