Hey from Essequibo! I have had great day trip despite having bad diaherroa!! :S but went on jet boat and it was so fast and so rough!! It kept bumping and splashing the water all over us!! But it was fun and i would go back and do it again in the storm!! it was good kick of it!! :D Went to Essequibo to visit the CBR unit there and to visit deaf girl as home visit. She is not allowed to go out and be independent which it prompt us to do something about it because she is 20 years old. can u believe it and we will be doing some deaf awareness and sign language training for her family and herself too cos she dont know much sign lang due to limited outing and socialise. It is a job for us to do! Also i have had lots of request from the CBR unit to come there regularly to teach them sports which i am happy to do and it will be giving me a lot of challenge to achieve and to give them a better access to sports. :D On the way back, did not feel good as trying to control my diaheorra as no toilet around for miles!! but just managed to do!! lol :S I had to drink lots of rehydrated salts to recover from it and i am still doing it as almost there to get fully fit! :S It is another story of my visit! Would deffo go back on the jet boat just for kick of it!! lol :D Cheers Steven/xxxxxxxxxx
