Well, it's my last day at camp Kweebec and it feels weird. I don't know if I am super excited or super sad! I have had an amazing experience at camp,
Made so
Many new friends and tried so many new things. However I am excited to leave and not be malnourished anymore, and be able to enjoy early nights and more freedom.
This last week has been pretty weird. We basically didn't have to do anything at all but hang with the rest of the internationals. However it's been thunder storming like crazy which made it hard to do what we wanted, that is tanning and swimming.
On Tuesday afternoon, my to most favorite Americans in the whole world, Kevin and Jamie, who work at the day camp here took us all out for Icecream on schwenksville and then to WALMART. The trip when I tell it now does not sound very interesting at all but, since we had been going stir crazy locked in the same place for so long it was the most amazing trip! We has a great time cruising around. That night was another party night, however this time I went sober, it was great fun as we went up to the overnight site and hung out there. We invited some of the football teams who were using the camp for the week. I can tell you now, the single girls were glad!
After another late wet night we headed back to the bunk.
Another great night occurred on the Wednesday night. Myself and hayley went to see Jamie in a very well done version of high school musical. The director of the musical had been a professional broadway and film actress and the musical itself was fantastic! Jamie was brilliant as the drama teacher. And sets were brilliant as well. It was great to get out of camp and see an American school production, I was really happy i went!
We headed back to camp, stopping on the way to get a hogie, and we went to sleep listening to an amazing thunderstorm, which seemed to go all night because I was woken at about 630 am by an equally amazing storm.
We headed out of camp around 11 am and again it was really sad to say goodbye. Some of the girls I am not going to be able to see again for a long time and saying goodbye to the camp where you have spent 9 weeks at, (24/7) is pretty hard.
Overall I had the most amazing time at camp. I have never experienced anything so crazy and fun. I have made memories that i will never forget and learnt so much a long the way. If I could, I would defs come back.
But for now it's time to travel! Very excited!
