Update 101 - last night was probably one of the funnest nights we have had so far!
We headed to the local diner and boy where they surprised when about 50 odd international people trundled into the place! Although we had just eaten dinner everyone was so excited about being in this place that most people ordered dinner again! I on the otherhand decided to go for heart attack on a plate, also known as brownie Sunday.
Boy was all the food interesting! Huge portions and all so sweet! Even the hamburgers and chips! No one ended up finishing their meals but it was fun all the same and we had a great time socialising and hanging out!
After a slight panic when we thought we had left someone at the diner we headed to bed for a restful but short sleep.
The day after was relaxing but had a slight sense of excitement in the air because as we all knew, the campers are coming tomorrow!
We finished a few last things in the morning, like cleaning up the rooms etc and then I was called down to the art department for a in depth meeting about my job at this place.
Supposedly parents grow to love the photographer and videographer of camp Kweebec because it is their only source of knowing what their kids are doing at camp! We were told our job was vital. Pressure!!
anyway we were then sent off to take photos of several people for a staff poster which was a treasure hunt and super hard to organize! But fun all the same.
After lunch and a quick skype home to mum and dad we were let loose in the art room told to make posters. Glitter, card, feathers, beads, paper, stickers, felt EVERYTHING
So much fun!!!!
Then a quick dinner and I spent the night playing soccer with the British boys if you can call it playing!
I failed so hard they decided to cut me from the game. Damn!
After this a huge group or us went to the oval and sat round for ages just hanging out! It was fun - we ended up in a massage train which was good because I had a trained sports therapist behind me!
Last day to relax! But it was super fun!
