Camp kweebec days two and three

Day two - well, not so interesting really. A whole lot of day campers came so the bosses were very focused on that, we kind of just hung around which was nice. It was a great way to meet and make closer friends.

Day three - today the American campers came! Yay! It means it's getting closer before the kids come! We woke and ate and were then asked to pack our things because we were going to move to our real homes for the next two months!!! Boy that was a big effort! So much rubbish and I had managed to pick up a lot more stuff than I started with! It took the longest time!

We then headed up to the front fields where someone read out our names and we were assigned bunks with an assortment of international and American councilors. I was in the mansion house anyway so it was so annoying that I moved my stuff! But it was great! I was with two other international staff members called Nicole and Amanda and two American girls called Sam and Sharon. They were all lovely!

We are looking after 14 year olds which is good because is will kind just be like hanging out with Laura! And now I am able to finally unpack all my things and put them in cubbyholes it looks great! A lot more homely!

We ventured out to clean the bathrooms - get this mum, BY CHOICE and then had a quick welcome meeting before heading to dinner and socializing even more.

I have finally figured out why we are here so early in the camp. It's mainly a time for us to get to know each other and be more relaxed when the kids come which is a great idea!!!!

Still not too keen on the food here, think takeaway food but EVERY LUNCH AND DINNER today was chicken nuggets and chips for lunch and pizza for dinner, but I just had salad and bread really. I have no idea what people here call a treat because they have " treats " for every meal! Bot getting fatter yet, but still have a while to go!!!

We were also told today that we are unable to keep our phones while at camp And only allowed to use them in free time - annoying but also kind of a get away it means we are totally focused on making good friends.

Ok that is all for now! The blogs may become a little less frequent due to being busy, unable to have access all the time for the phone and it won't be as interesting but i promise I'm gonna keep you updated!!
