Cool!
I'm getting pretty good at this blog thing! Haven't missed a day yet which I am pretty proud of!
Ok today was fun! After breakfast which Started with a nasty wake up call by my alarm and as I sat up I smacked my head on the shelf above me. We had a quick meeting about the day and then I headed down to the art department where I was going to be living for the next few weeks!
It was amazing! OMG so many different things! So why everyone else was lugging more bags down me and a couple of people were sitting in the air con art department " getting used to it" as the head supervisor told us to do. That is, making bracelets for everyone and cards for the dorms.
It was great! I was also able to look through the video and cameras which had a lot of different things but was a little old! I am going to use one of their cameras and also
My own one! I also have a meeting tomorrow so I can discuss what else thy can by for me which I'd very exciting!!!
After hanging out here for a while we headed up to get changed into our cossies for a swim test! Which was a lot easier than it sounded. Unlike in Australia where a swim test might be a four length swim and a wading in water for 5 minutes ... Hell.
In this case it was swim 25 meters in a 1 metre deep pool. Nice to cool off though!
After lunch because it was so hot we all retired to the dorms and had a little snooze which was nice, none of those when the kids come!
After this is was bed making time. That is making all the kids in our dorms beds. They don't do anything around here!!!! Though I did learn how to make the perfect bed, happy to say I am a pro now!
After this it was laundry time, I feel like a domestic goddess!!!!
And then it was a gym session full of abs and a crosstrainer! This camp us not bad!!!! After all this it was dinner time where we were told the coolest thing! Tonight is an " out night" and we are able to go out! The camp was hiring a bus an we are able to go out tonight! So that's where in am now, sitting on the bus ready to rock and roll!
I'll update later but it's going to be fun!!!

Chris G. Did you know that Steve Irwin was really big in the U.S.? Much bigger than in Australia. You might think about doing another version of your Steve Irwin video that you did at Lynham H.S. amongst the kids at camp. They may also know him as the Crocodile Hunter, but maybe some of the younger kids may not remember him.
