So after a 5 hour flight and my lovely sleep on the amazing dreamliner plane which is absolutely massive and shiny and new. I finally land in Melbourne. I rush as fast as I can to Hardware Lane as I'm not entirely sure what time Kate goes to work or whether there will be anyone in to let me in. I make it about 10 minutes before she goes to work. Emer is also in however so we get a nice catch up over the first proper cuppa tea I've had in months. I sort attempt to think about packing but dont bother as the idea of it stresses me out to the max so instead I just sit and chill out on the sofa, then have a shower and go and meet the lovely Liam for some lunch. He is working back at Salmat so I go and see him there and we go and have some lunch outside the Vic Markets which is nice. Its so lovely to see him and we talk about our farm days as he also was lucky enough to do dairy farming so we swap some frustration stories about cows and also discuss our love for the cows. We gossip alot about everyone we know! Its a super quick catch up but its so nice!! We were meant to meet in Cambodia but instead Asia destroyed him and he had to leave earlier than planned... bloody southern fairies haha.

So we have big hugs and say au revoir we have no idea when we will be together again as when he leaves Oz I will still be in NZ so when I go back to Oz he will already have left and on to god knows where so its quite sad. He's a good lad. I head on back to Hardware Lane after a lovely wander round the city I really love Melbourne. When I'm there I feel like I've arrived home again. Its just an awesome place to be. I'm sad that H&M is still not open though when I'm there as it would have been lovely to enter the first one ever in Oz but not meant to be.

Finally Jim and Charl come home from work so I get to see them guys and have a good old catch up with them two on whats going in our lives. Jim is also desperate to not go back to the UK so he is trying his best to get sponsorship sorted out but so far it isnt looking so good for him so fingers crossed he gets himself sorted out asap. Then Tommo arrived as we had a date planned so we all had a nice little chat and a cuppa. I then finally got ready in my lovely dress and me and Tommo went to The Carlton Club for Steak and Chips. I had wine and he had beer it was soo lovely to eat real food and drink wine. The luxuries you miss out on whilst backpacking is mental. He also paid as he is a diamond of a lad bless him. It was a good old nice chat, he has met the love of his life and is moving back to the UK soon. So he was telling me all about her, its a nice way to officially end my time in Oz dining with Tommo though as I met him on my first night in Oz when I was out with Kieran on the beers. So after our steaks we went on over to Campari House where we met Danny, Jim, Charl and Kate and one of her mates from home. Italian Danny who me and Jim lived with in Margs also came out to say bye as I missed him last time for a good old catch up. Of course Campari House is home of the cheap champagne and wine so I had a good few of them. Eventually me and Kate ended up being really quite drunken and ended up staying out with Danny caning the cheap drinks. It was an awesome night with some very good friends!!

The next day I woke up extremely rough, and had to pack my bags - goddammit. The worst thing is always packing especially when this time you dont know when you're coming back so you have to take everything for once haha. I then spend the rest of the day just chilling out and preparing for my next flight! Kate takes me for takeaway parma and chips which were amazing, nice little treat bless her. I then say my goodbyes which is sad but I'm actually very excited to get on over to New Zealand now!! Kate and Jim walk me to the bus stop with all of my bags and wave me off!! and off I head to the Airport!! much love guys xxxxxx
