It is our final day at Hanmer Springs today. Thank god, we leave in the morning. I just gave mum breakfast in bed and now we are tossing up what time we should go to the thermal springs as it is 6 degrees and raining. I decided that I was going back to rug up under my blanks and read a book. Mum came in and said that we were going to lunch and then the thermal springs. I looked at her in horror. I was so comfortable. I reluctantly got out of my cozy bed and got ready for lunch. After lunch we went to the thermal springs. Once we got into the springs it was great. Surprisingly warm. Like a nice bath. It was 35 degrees. Anyway a problem arose when it was time to get out. There was a major chill in the air. And I froze and it started to rain. Everyone will have to wait for the pics until I get home as we used my little camera and they can't be uploaded. While there they had a guy there taking pictures of everyone. They sell them to the tourists. He was climbing over some rocks into the water. All I could think was 'I wonder how many cameras have they dropped in the water?' so I asked him and he said about 6. No wonder it was not a very impressive camera. He had his match. I asked what paper they use as we use archival paper. I then asked what mega pixel his camera was and he couldn't answer me. Then he said his dream was to get a cannon D7 and I said that we had one of those. Then he started to talk about the D50 and I said that we had that one as well. It was so much fun toying with him. Was the highlight of my day. I'm now watching lethal weapon IIII and then I'm going to bed.
